About me

I am a freelance journalist currently based in southern Mexico specialising in the environment, humans rights, culture, and travel.

I have a BA in English Literature, a National Council for the Training of Journalist (NCTJ) Multimedia Journalism Diploma, and an MA in Latin American Studies from University College London (UCL).

I am also the co-author of Footprint’s guide to Belize, Guatemala & Southern Mexico, and a contributing writer for the latest edition of The Rough Guide to Central America on a Budget.
